Web Developer Interviw Questions
I have attended few Interviews for UI developer Post recently . I want to share my experience .I came across so many people who interviewed me .I got selected in IBM  and Mind Tree . I Spoke to the Interview panel personally regarding my status . They confirmed my selection about and i started communicating the Consultants regrading my offer letter . From that moment on wards consultant people have not received my call .
                                     After continue follow up they have sent a mail . In that mail they have clearly mentioned , they don't have the budget and they are ready to pay less than  the my current package . If i am ready for that they will proceed for the further process . It is really disappointing for me . If they don't have budget for the particular post , i don't know why they processed my resume and wasted my time .  I have spent a hole day for the interview process . So my dear friends please be aware this consultants . I am not telling about all the consultants . Just very about the company which you are going to join.

And the one more thing which i felt very bad is , in few companies i have not  seen  any professionalism while conducting Interview . They don't have proper planning and system . We have to wait for entire day for the Interview . After we reached to the office then they start for search for the cabins for doing Interview . In Few companies , they don't have the people to take the interview .  They will simply send one person . He will come with his some back questions in his mind , and if we have not answered any one of that basic question , then we are not selected . we wont be given any system test or any other opportunity to show our experience .  Is this is the way to Interview the people .?
